Reservations within these advance requirements may be possible. Provide me your planned dates and I will check availability.
Minimum Night Stay: Two-night minimum stay required
Reservation Guarantee: You will receive an invoice for total charges within 2 days of receipt of the reservation form. Send the $200 deposit by within 5 days of making the reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made 30 days before arrival with a full refund. After that refunds will be given on the basis of rebooking the days cancelled.
Fees: Charges for housekeeping and towel change are not built into the daily rate to save you money.
· You can reuse your towels or you can order a change of towels whenever you wish for $10 per requested day (optional)
· You can order maid service whenever and as often as you want it; it costs $35 per day used (optional)
· Checkout cleaning service $65 (required)
· Pay for these at the checkout desk when you depart
Sleeping: 1 king sized bed in the bedroom and one foldout double bed in main room
